Media Temple's Grid problems

Before some months I was excited about MT's new Grid Server.
I was exited because of the idea behind the GS and also for the features that they are included [100GB space, 1TB bandwidth etc...]
Unfortunately Grid Server is suffering from the problems of its "early life" :-(

Bellow you can see the results of monitoring my "server"

51.000 ms is a worldwide record!


Take a look at the buzz of the HTTP response!


The down time of the server is one of the worst I've ever seen!

After all these issues, I have to move my sites to another server/company.
Do you have any suggestion? I'm looking of a dedicated server now...

Maintenance time...

(mt) Media Temple will be applying an update (GMR v.1.1) to (mt) Media Temple’s (gs) Grid-Server system.
This maintenance action will involve several tested software updates, server configuration changes, and network configurations designed to improve the operations of the system.
Although it is not expected that the full maintenance window will be required, it is expected there will be a few brief periods of inaccessibility of services while the maintenance is conducted.
