Because this session presents separate stimulation to each brain hemisphere, headphones are required. It is important to make sure that you are use your headphones correctly: with the right side on your right ear, and left side on your left ear.
You may want to set your sound player to LOOP as well till you will finish your study session.
Also it is very important that you adjust the volume settings until you are 100% comfortable with the sound before starting.
